How can I find out the status of my order?
If you are an club member you can login with the username you created when registering and check the order tab to view your order. If you are not a member your account details would be mailed to the email address used in your order. Your username will be your email address before the @ (ie username@email.com). You may also send a message regarding your order using the contact form.

How do I renew my club membership?
Login to your account and view your profile. Your membership expiration information will be provided along with a link to renew your membership on the left side below the website logo.

How do I find my club membership number?
Login to your account and view your profile.  Your membership number will be located with your club membership information on the left side below the website logo.

I registered multiple triathletes in one order, I how do I check the order status?
The account you were logged in or email used during checkout will be the account which your order is associated. Order information can be found in your account using the orders tab. If you have multiple accounts registered with the same email your order will be associated with the first account registered to the email.

How can I request a duplicate copy of my donation receipt?
If you did not receive your donation tax receipt by email or need to request a copy, please send a message using the contact form.

My order doesn't reflect the iCAN club member discounts, how do I receive my discount(s)?
You must be logged into your account to receive your discount. You will have the opportunity to login while in checkout. Be sure to check your club membership expiration in your membership information. Expired memberships will not receive a discount until the membership is renewed. If you renew by check the membership is not renewed until the check is received and processed through the website.

iCAN Junior Triathlon Refund Policy:

A refund requested prior to the start of the Training Session will be given for the amount of Session Fee paid minus a $25.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be given after the start of the Session for ANY reason, however an iCAN Junior Triathlon Club Credit may be given to be used for any Athletic Program (Triathlon Team, Swimming Cycling or Running, and is valid for one calendar year. Credits may not be used for merchandise. Club Membership Fees are NOT refundable.

Non-Sufficient Funds Policy:

A fee of $30.00 will be charged for any returned checks.

PayPal/Credit Card Refund Policy:

The purchaser will be responsible for any PayPal fees associated with returns initiated through PayPal.
